Creamy Lemon Spicy Hummus
A food processor make Hummus so quickly and very smooth and creamy. You can add your spices, and what you use for heat right in with your garbanzo beans.
Sprinkle the chipotle on top and watch out for the heat!
I like all kinds of hummus. Sometimes I make it with garlic, sometimes with roasted red peppers, sometimes with a little avocado. This time when I got a craving I made one of my favorites with lemon that I make but and I added a little pop, a little heat.
I do not usually like any foods that are “hot”. There are lots of people who do but to me black pepper is spicy. Yes I am a heat light weight. Well, you only live once right? After much deliberation I stepped out of my comfort zone and just went for it. Now Chipotle is my new best friend.
Now isn’t that easy and delicious!
