There’s something about cookies baking in the oven that just reminds us of happiness and home. What’s better than an oven filled with cookies that fill the kitchen with sweet fragrance of vanilla and white chocolate made with love?
I love white chocolate better than regular chocolate if that is possible. Mix that with Macadamia nuts and you have a match made in heaven. Pour yourself a glass of milk! Ready to go!
Baking cookies is so easy and what is nice is that they can last ( if you don’t eat them quickly) in a sealed container .
One secret tip I learned is of your cookies ever get hard or crunchy, and you prefer softer cookies, add a slice of bread to your sealed container your cookies will soften by absorbing the moisture from the bread.
