Homemade Easy Vanilla Cupcakes

Homemade Easy Vanilla Cupcakes are just what their name says. These cupcakes are moist and delicious and take but a few minutes to put together. Adding color to the buttercream frosting make these Vanilla Cupcakes make these fun for kids to eat.
To make these cupcakes you do not need anything special. Butter, vanilla, eggs, flour, sugar mixed together and baked in a muffin tin decorated with butter, confectioners sugar a some color to add a wow reaction. Cupcakes are a fun dessert to make because you get your own little piece. Kids can make them easily and you can find some fun cupcake papers to add fun.
Spring means the birds are back and started singing, the buds will be be forming and grass will be turning green. Every day I look for Robins, the sure sign of spring. I haven’t see any yet, but I hear them. It seems when spring arrives it is as if one day the birds are back and their lovely song fills the air with sweet melodies.
Our favorite ice cream store opens in March and these twisted frosting treats look like the soft ice cream served there.
You can add flavors to the frosting to have the flavors match the colors. Add a few drops of lemon flavor and orange flavor to the buttercream frosting for added fun

How to Make Easy Vanilla cupcakes
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 21/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Prepare muffin tin by lining 24 liners in preparation for 24 cupcakes.
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy and slight color change to panel yellow.
- Add in vanilla extract
- Beat in eggs one by one mixing well after each addition.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and beat well.
- Pour batter in each cupcake liner to two thirds full.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick for doneness and cupcakes are done when it comes out clean or there are still a few tiny crumbs on the toothpick.
