I easily lose track of time when I am on a project at home. The other day I worked in the garden all afternoon and suddenly I was faced with dinner time.
I don’t know about you but I don’t plan well some days and I find myself standing in front of the fridge, staring, hoping something will jump out at me and say “cook me.” Maybe in another world. Not in my mine. I struggle with what to make a lot for dinner but thankfully I am married to a wonderful man who really doesn’t care what I make for dinners. I never give up asking what He would like to eat this week before I go shopping. The answer is always the same. “I really don’t care what you make, I’ll enjoy anything you make. “So I continue on my own meal planning recipes trying figuring it out. This day Honey Garlic Shrimp Quick And Easy Recipe is on the menu. Another awesome quick shrimp dinner to try is Garlic Lemon Shrimp Scampi: 30 minute dinner .

Honey Garlic Shrimp however can be prepared easily and the flavors don’t taste fishy. We do like Shrimp lots of different ways and this is a favorite.
I do have to be honest now! Something you may not know about me is I HATE FISH. I’m sorry and hope I don’t offend anyone but I do! It stinks up the house and tastes fishy! I grew up going fishing with my family and whatever we caught that day my mother prepared for supper. Fluke, flounder and blow fish. It was fun to poke the blowfish and see it expand but tasted horrible! No Mother it did not taste like chicken. I never believed you, you didn’t fool me at all!
Another recipe in our family food history was Fish Cakes. Fish cakes were served sometimes on Friday, and of course I covered it with Ketchup which I also don’t like, which made things worse. But I would gag down every bite. Our dog would sit by me and if I accidentally dropped fish cakes on the floor even he wouldn’t eat them.
