  • 1 haas avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Cilantro or to taste
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic


  • Cut avocados in half. Remove the pit and scoop out pulp into a large bowl. Set aside.
  • Add spices and garlic and place in the mortar and use the pestle to pound the spices and bring out their natural flavors and juices.
  • Place it in your mortar and pestle or use a fork to soften avocado to the consistency you like
  • Add salt and pepper and lime juice and mix.
  • Place in serving bowl and enjoy
