- 1 haas avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Cilantro or to taste
- 1 medium Tomato
- 2 cloves garlic
Cut avocados in half. Remove the pit and scoop out pulp into a large bowl. Set aside.
Add spices and garlic and place in the mortar and use the pestle to pound the spices and bring out their natural flavors and juices.
