Endive stuffed with Feta, Dates, And Walnuts Drizzled With Honey Balsamic Drizzle
Stuffed Belgian Endive Appetizer Recipe is so easy and quick with with Feta, roasted walnuts, and dates with a honey balsamic drizzle.
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 2 small heads of endive
- 1/2 cup roasted walnuts
- 4 dates minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze. You can buy balsamic glaze at most grocery stores. It is a balsamic reduction
Separate the endive heaves and rinse and dry and set aside
Mix together the honey and balsamic glaze. Set aside
Place walnuts in a small pan on the stove and heat on medium until browned
In a small bowl mix together the Feta, roasted walnuts and minced dates
Stuff endive leaves withe the feta mixture
Drizzle with honey balsamic drizzle
Each head of endive will give you anywhere from 4-6 pieces.
Add additional heads of endive to increase serving sizes.
Recipe for approximately 4 people about three pieces each
