  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken - meat removed and shredded
  • 64 0z chicken broth 32 oz each
  • 30 oz crushed tomatoes 2- 15 oz cans
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 30 oz pink beans 2- 15 0z cans rinsed and drained
  • 30 oz black beans 2 -15 oz cans - rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup dried or fresh cilantro I i like fresh cilantro
  • 30 oz corn 2-15 oz
  • 1 onion minced

Instructions

  • Directions
  • After mincing the onion and garlic add all ingredients into crock pot.
  • Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours
  • Serve plain, or add tortillas to the soup for extra crunch and top with cheese or sour cream-your preference
