Cook your bacon until it is no longer pink, but not crispy.
Don't worry it will crisp up in the oven. Cut into small pieces. Set aside.
Open your crescent rolls, take the whole package and spread them on a cookie sheet and pinch all the seams together so you have one big sheet of crescent dough.
Drizzle half of the maple syrup over the dough.
Then take 1/4 cup of brown sugar and sprinkle it evenly over the mall syrup.
Add your bacon to the dough and drizzle with the other half of the of maple syrup.
Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of brown sugar over the bacon.
Place it in the preheated oven at 350 degrees.
Bake for about 30 minutes until it is bubbling and the dough looks brown and done and the sugar and maple syrup looks caramelized.
Allow it to cool and cut into triangles or small pieces or break apart. Serve at room temperature.
