Bacon crack is awesome! Caramelized Brown sugar and maple on top of salty bacon on a crispy bottom

  • One pound of bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 package crescent rolls


  • Cook your bacon until it is no longer pink, but not crispy.
  • Don't worry it will crisp up in the oven. Cut into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Open your crescent rolls, take the whole package and spread them on a cookie sheet and pinch all the seams together so you have one big sheet of crescent dough.
  • Drizzle half of the maple syrup over the dough.
  • Then take 1/4 cup of brown sugar and sprinkle it evenly over the mall syrup.
  • Add your bacon to the dough and drizzle with the other half of the of maple syrup.
  • Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of brown sugar over the bacon.  
  • Place it in the preheated oven at 350 degrees.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until it is bubbling and the dough looks brown and done and the sugar and maple syrup looks caramelized.
  •  Allow it to cool and cut into triangles or small pieces or break apart. Serve at room temperature.
